What is the best way to remove indoor / outdoor carpet concrete?
This ragedy s green indoor outdoor carpet in a concrete patio to be removed and possibly paint the concrete.
Go to the hardware store or lumber yard and get a heavy duty scraper long handle. Most of the carpet to be lifted very easily, but you need to gather all the glue before painting or anything else.
