Mostly renowned for their marine chronometers, Swiss watchmaker Ulysse Nardin has put their naval history into a new watch, the Monaco YS. Intended as an homage to the Principato di Monaco, this exquisite timepiece comes with a black diamond-like-carbon treated stainless-steel case, dark gray luminous indexes and red hands on the sub-dials. On top of that, there’s an unidirectional rotating bezel, an exclusive rubber band complemented with black ceramic elements and a self-winding movement to keep the show running. The new Ulysse Nardin Monaco YS also comes with a diving scale, is water resistant to 200m and will only be produced in a limited edition of 100 pieces. [via Watch-Happening]

Party time again with Breitling, who’s come up with another limited edition model that will celebrate the brand’s 125th anniversary. This time around, the new Cosmonaute wrist chronograph is making a comeback as a tribute to space traveling and its first orbital flight on May 24th 1962. Based on Breitling’s Navitimer, the Cosmonaute Limited Edition comes equipped with an original version of the intriguing 24-hour dial that makes day and night less relative, while up there, with the stars. The anniversary Cosmonaut features a steel case, a cambered sapphire crystal glareproofed on both sides, a rotating bezel with circular slide rule and a a rigid perforated Air Racer bracelet for the style factor.
