What is your science fiction or fantasy series favorite and who wrote it? Why do you like?

Abbey, Adams, Aldiss, Anderson, Anthony Asaro, Asimov, Aspirin, Auel, Bakker, Barclay, Bishop, Bradley, Brin, Brooks, Brust, Bujold, Burroughs, Canavan, Card, Carey, Carter, Chalker, Chandler, Chapman, Cherryh, Chester, Cook, Crowley, Cunningham, Dalmas, Dart-Thornton, DeCamp, deLint, Dennis, Dickson, Donaldson, Duncan, Egan, Eddings, Elliott, Erikson, Fallon, Farland, Feist, Flewelling, Forsyth, Friedman, Gear, Gemmell, Goodkind, Haldeman, Hambly, Harrison, Haydon, Heinlein, Herbert, Hobb, Hubbard, Jacques, Jones, Jordan, Kay, Kennealy, Kerr, Keyes, Knaak, Kurtz, L'Engle, LeGuin, Leiber, Lisle, Llywelyn, Lustbader, Marillier, Martin, May, McCaffrey, McKenna, McKiernan, McKillip, Modesitt, Moon, Moorcock, Morwood, Niven, Nix, Norton, Piper, Pohl, Pullman, Radford, Rawn, Rice, Roberson, Robinson, Russell, Saberhagen, Salvatore, Shaw, Simak, Simmons, Smith, Stackpole, Stanek, Strauss, Tolkien Vance, Van Vogt, Volsky, Weber, Weis, Wells, West, Williams, Wolfe, Wrede, Wurts. (Other?)

Its great that included Edgar Rice Burroughs in his people list.So new.But fire him because he did not think it's fantastic. I'll go with readingredhead and recommend Jim Butcher's Dresden series. There book files are 8 books in the series beginning with stormfront. It tells the story of Harry Dresden, Chicago's only professional wizard who works as detective. He stands among the general population who do not know about the supernatural and monsters – vampires, werewolves, fallen angels, fey.He is aided by Bob, a talking skull.Karrin Murphy-a police officer and Thomas-a vampire white court. Dragonjousters series (just tall, Sanctuary) by Mercedes is old establishment Lackey. The Egypt.Hunger, anger and hatred are constant for young Vetch gave a brutal servants abused and overworked by the conquest of their homeland Tian. But everything improves when a jouster Tian requisitions Vetch to become the first servant to be a boy dragon. Their training is intense, and his duty clear: to meet your adjuster, Ari and his dragon, Kashet. He discovers that because Kashet Ari himself was born, the dragon is different from others that have been captured live in nature and must be drugged to be manageable. Vetch felt it really likes and understands dragons and soon becomes the dragon boy in everyone. Still harbors anger, however, to the invasion Tian. Could, perhaps, born of a dragon, and then escape to help his people that I liked the book series by Mercedes Lackey. The Valdemar I liked the series are honoring the exile, the exile of Take value, and a thief. The review below is the honor Exile. Valdemar and Kars have been enemies. The Kars have made an art of it, sending bandits Valdemar plunder with his priests training people to believe that anyone with a gift Herald is a demon in need of death. Alberich of Kars, Captain freshly endowed with a beautiful white horse, has never formally committed to the battle with their hereditary enemy. He has the gift of foresight, he has tried long to hide, but can not when you see that a people is about to be attacked and destroyed. He meets her man, and saves the lives of many, only to lose theirs. Two men who wanted his committee to take advantage of the situation and have a priest condemned as a demon. They throw him in a small stable, the planning to burn to death. His positions on the white horse to save him but he is still badly burned. This stallion, a fellow named Kantor leads Valdemar, where the cure … only to find himself facing a new set of problems. Mercedes Lackey's take a thief is the story of Skif, an orphan remember the young Oliver Twist, making his way in the neighborhood of knock-and-tumble between two of the outermost walls Haven. Skif is intelligent, good-hearted and sufficiently creative fodder up to three meals a day in a place where food is scarce and kindness almost unheard of. After a series of adventure left homeless in land Skif Bazi's lair, a former mercenary who trains Faginish thieves … until it is "chosen" by one of Valdemar magical horses and becomes a portion of the Queen Herald. Furies of Calderon (Codex Alera, Book 1) by Jim Butcher. (From Publishers Weekly) In the beginning of absorbing fantasy Butcher, the first of a new series, the barbarians are at the gates of the land of Alera, which has a distinct flavor of the Roman Empire (its ruler is called Fifth Sixth and its soldiers are organized in legions). Fortunately, Alera has magical defenses, involving the furies or basic water, earth, air, fire and metal, that protect against internal and external enemies. Amara, a young female spy, and his partner, hate, get into some of the most remote areas of the earth to discover if the military commander Atticus Quentin is a traitor-another metaphor classic of ancient Rome. She encounters a troubled young man, Tavi, who has so far been concerned mostly with the vividly depicted predatory "herdbanes" that threaten their sheep.Thinking that Amara is an escaping slave, Tavi decides to help and is immediately absorbed by the head into a morass of intrigues, military, magical and otherwise.Warning: a character is raped. Allan Cole wrote the trilogy Timura. (Amazon review) Protarus Iraj Guerrero was a childhood friend of Timura Safar, who trained to be a potter, was found to have an unexpected talent in the first of witchcraft. The visions they share and the battles we fight side by side and embarked on a journey hampered by intrigue, enemies, conspiracies, betrayal, adventure, and all the other trappings of fantasy search are the basic material of the book. Finally, Iraj has a Safar is his throne and great magician, but in reality, the story can not end there, for friends have hardly seen the last of the large number of enemies who habitually badgers holders of power.

Form – the shape of the rooms, the large building and the shape of any building who live or work in is an important consideration that comes into play in science and art Feng Shui.

Form is a major key factors when it comes to Feng Shui. The concerns of luck, health and prosperity often all return to the concerns simple, concepts and tactics involved with "form" If there is a form that can be considered "better" than would be rectangular. On the other side of the equation – the shape of a building, a residence or a workplace that is how it should be remedied – that each work must be planned around and complete – that would be the "form of L" shaped room. In the center square room shapes. Square shapes are a variation of rectangular shapes. In essence, as well as basic forms of L can be can be considered "rare", "unfinished" and "just not right" or "right". .

You can expect your if land in a triangular shape is presented as a "triangle true. In the case of a triangular shape, then more in the north and south is considered better. If Yon another part of your building or property is not in shape or design of a true triangle, then the work of judging or to fix or modify their property lines. The rear of the property or building should be wider than the front. If it does not work so that the opposite is the case. The frontal area can be placed in such a way that is narrower than the difficulties still new? Place a live plant or even a lamp in the opposite corner. Plant a hedge, hedges, vine-like plants in n, up or on the walls. This will help and work to address any of the Sha Qi energy that can be well in the atmosphere near corners arising from these areas.

When it comes to the shape or shapes of your home or office building, then the smart choice of the rectangular shape of all is basic. With simple rectangular shapes can be sure that every room and corner areas are covered and not left exposed outside the core areas of the flow of vital Qi. If you are not lucky and your house, home or office structure is "L-forms", then these lack of new corners can be covered again with the use of trees or plants that are planted in critical areas. A light bulb, lamp or even a skylight in the roof may be used. Alternatively, mirrors can fill the void, or alternatively to the beautiful sound of wind chimes is used to fill the gaps.

In the rooms similarly with L-forms can be a problem. They can be enclosed with partitions, stand, shelves or furniture, if necessary yes or plants can be used to close the loop to protect and keep out negative sha qi.

Furniture and accessories play a definitive role in the symmetry of a home and its furnishings if the dwelling family or even a hotel room on a family holiday or vacation or for a ceremony, family or banquet If you are choosing a table or a glass recorded for a wedding reception symmetry of the surroundings is key. This will determine whether the entire area and the areas are in balance.

Finally, the shape of the furniture should reflect the shape of the room itself. For example, if you have a square room. Use a square, round or octagonal table. If you are lucky to have a simple, graceful, balance room in the preferred form of a rectangle, then it is a simple choice of using a rectangular table except when it comes to dining to entertain friends and family in the great host family celebrations such as weddings and wedding commitment. You can never go wrong with the simplicity of a round or circular dining room table. A round table that has no sharp edges or leaving offend or irritate. Feng Shui.
