If you ask me what is the best camera I have to say that the Canon Power Shot A70 digital camera is on top of the list. I have more mine 5 years without problems, it is really a very small camera with 3.2 mega pixels and 3x optical zoom. At the time I bought was the highest rated camera at the time of $ 400.
I was looking for a new device to improve the A70 [still works well, keep it for a] Replacement After months of research and reading reviews is a camera of 2, which can live up to my expectations. The first is the Canon Power Shot s51s digital camera and the second is the A620. Both are very popular and very easy to use.
The A620 is compact and lightweight with a sleek new design that offers 7.1 mega pixels … 4x optical zoom and exclusive DIGIC II and a 2-inch LCD screen.
The s51s also very compact and lightweight and can easily fit in your pocket. With its 8 megapixel camera with 12x optical zoom [This is a great feature ... you can really zoom], and is equipped with a DIGIC III processor with a 2.5-inch variable angle LCD screen.
Both Canon Power Shot Digital Cameras $ 350 to $ 450 and offers ample exceptional value. As you probably guessed that I will choose the s51s on the A620 because you get more than 1 megapixel and a 2.5 inch LCD. But the main reason is the 12x optical zoom.

I am looking for a new “point and shot” digital camera with 8-10 mega pixels and for $130 or less. What camera would you recommend and what brand? Thanks! =)
