Sanus Visionmount
Can you put any wall mount on an ikea tv stand?
I mean as long as its securley installed, I have tried to google if anyones stand has cracked or ripped apart, but nothing.

I thought the longer back piece would distribute the weight the best compared to some others I was looking at
You could also put a 2×4′s running all the way from the wall mount to the floor behind the cabinet and drill the wall mount through the cabinet on to the 2×4′s for added support. (spray paint them to match the color). This way any wall mount would do, as long as the wight is on the 2×4′s and not directly on the weak back-wall of the cabinet.
