How can you tell if a bolt action rifle has been fired?

I recently bought a FN A5 for $ 1900. They are sold as second hand, but without firing. After further inspection at home, I noticed some wear on parts of the breech. I know it was a test shot 3 times. I do not smell of solvent when I bought it and the hole was very clean. I cleaned and I had powder residue in the cavity, bolts, and the camera. I did not fireproof and view in my scope, but I wonder if I was fooled. I was told that the buyer put it on layaway and then they could not afford. Is there something I can verify that no shot on three sets of test shots.

I do not know why buy this gun? Flooding is one thing once and three test shots Media fired! Only [decision] If for the collection, which is important, not cooked. To us users, the conditions of what is important. Your question is what we buy a series of gunshots. Go shoot and good luck. Jesse PS weapons past 1923 years time a Savage is still there seems to be too precise 1 RE-blue [destroys value for collectors, not for me]
