Surrounds Repair Foam

Where (and how) Can I repair my JL W3v2s that have torn foam surrounds? ? I have 3 W3v2s. Two of them have broken foam surrounds. Engines function but foam propertly broken should be fixed. What under cabinet lights give better efficiency and more even light than 20 W puck lights? I would like to replace my kitchen under cabinet 20 Watt halogen puck lights with something that is more energy efficient, uses less electricity, runs cooler and produces brighter, more even lighting.
